I have been involved in sports my whole life. I played soccer and basketball until I suffered from an Achilles tendon injury my freshman year of high school. I remember how frustrated I was because that ended my soccer career. My junior year of high school was when I began to exercise on my own and fell in love with it. I would experiment with new exercises and always found that movement was therapy for me.

Seven years ago, I began my career in the health and fitness industry dedicating my time and energy towards research of exercise and nutrition. That journey was initially motivated through my own personal challenges with weight management. Since then, I have learned and applied the principles for success to affect positive transformative change.

Prior to opening my own business, I worked for two other fitness organizations. I knew I wanted to take my fitness expertise to the medical community. That is when I was introduced to training clients who have movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease and stroke. Since then, I have expanded my specialty and now teach pregnant women how to get in the best shape of their life while having every part of their body feel amazing! 

I am very passionate about helping others find the same joy and rewarding success that I have enjoyed for myself as well as the clients I work with. I have developed a system to provide all the knowledge, tools and support you will need to reach your desired results. Once you start trusting not only me, but yourself, you will create changes you never thought possible!
